It's a fun Government.

Someone said "That's funny, Government training kids in martial arts..."

my reply is:
  • Instead of army that does nothing and NYSC restructuring. The Chinese and Japanese know why they spent centuries disciplining their men.
Another response followed.

  • When would the government have d time 2 train people in self combat when all they do is make money...they would see it as being irrelevant...
And again my reply:

  • Looking at the crime rate where youth are stabbing youth. Of what use is that security? When there is no personal discipline what's the use?
We need to look into the nonsense going on in our NYSC "National Youth Service Core" in Nigeria not being productive both for the youth and companies. It may have started with good intentions but with what we know about the situation within our economy as well as skills and the universities crap NYSC is just but an empty gong. Solutions need to be presented on how to transform without breaking. NYSC is needed but not in the state that it is.

Sports camps instead of what happens in the first induction process as well as educating on what the business of sports involves. We have talent that is hidden within the youth as well as from there they become the Grassroot developers of sports and the arts. After they can decide if they wish to practice further within or outside sports and entertainment. Developed skills and knowledge within that one year produces well rounded individuals as well as knowledged management staff for organisations.

We do not have professionals who are properly trained to coach, yes this may sound as a low blow to those who are currently in it and they are struggling too and need help both on a national and club level. Our football associations do not understand the importance of grassroots as well as daft parents who think sports or entertainment is for riff raffs.
Put in to making sport being appreciated by people as well as the business side of it because we are quite lame at it. At least most of the youth in Africa aren't suffering from obesity but the malnutrition of the mind.

The following ideas are practical for Africa to consider. Let's remember that the sport industry is indirectly an advocate for promoting companies hence events such as these are set up with the help of sponsors who get their companies as well as products promoted.

  • Archery Range
  • Campgrounds
  • Rentals of tools
  • Sports Instruction
  • Sport Coach Training
  • Sports Camps
  • Sports Memorabilia
  • Sportswear
  • Boat Windsurfing
  • Racing or any form of extreme sports.

Understanding that on an average our Africans are afraid of height and water to gain instant acceptance seems impossible how ever if we look closely our bike men and bus drivers  are already nuts so to get some within them who are willing to try wouldn't be hard and it will promote new bikes and safety gear shouldn't be difficult when approaching those who are in the trade. Also cart racing is a much safer sport to introduce into Africa. For our farmers one can have a mini tractor event by that promoting real farming tools.

Aaaaaa Africa stop the mental slavery of the youth we are clowns for the rest. Make una let me pass before I carry cutlass clear the bush.
