Real Estate. Tourism, Property & Rentals.

We had been led to these ideas through exploring the idea of Vacation property rentals business. The thought of solutions explored is broken down in various perspectives. Rental "concept on leasing principles" and Property “infrastructures available with the knowledge and tools as regards today's needs for maintenance and production".

If you look at my definition of rent and structure you would see why we chose the solutions we do. Some people are asking why is it that I am giving startups and small scale businesses more attention rather than creating a long term plan "national/continental" blue print for development. Here is the reason: as much as we need industrialisation the fact here is that while the scholars are being orientated and trained to build and maintain the future plans, who will handle the direction of the others and prepare for capitalism in its good form? Do we have the infrastructures to house all the youth in current universities from the intellectual and practical stand point? No. Schools and universities need to be remodelled from the theoretical and technological angles to suit growth needs. I refuse to accept a one sided approach to bringing a country or continent up. At this point I am sitting in the hat of a consultant as well as making analysis that governments should be doing.

So the broken down business ideas that had been sent as well as those to come “and i am not limiting it to the list initially given” an incubators job isn’t only to theorise but to practice what we preach” so more news on what and how will be presented. It is left in its raw form for those who connect to take it forward and with our help should they request.

Yes i am focused in remodelling the Educational industry using certain principles and you are all free to ask clarification on statements made.  I have a sense of humour that allows me to make a fool of myself in order not to make idiots of people. the principles “methods" of Instruction vary as everyone has their preference on how they wish to receive or find knowledge, however my advice is to merge methods to have a wholesome  experience. I speak in codes even if to some it is easy to see what i mean.

getting down to the business specific to this project.

The point of renting/leasing is based on timeline factors on a short and long term. The point of infrastructure is approached on a long term level above. If one looks at the economics within a family as well as within a given environment we can draw the connecting dots of what is possible now "short term solutions" and on long term "infrastructural demands"

Loads of people like to travel but the cost of hotels is high due to the earning power of a given individual, that's the average stats which is based on making an assumption on what the minimum wage is, there are solutions that exist to bridge the gap based on interest levels. Not everyone likes to go into a 5star hotel environment, there are those who can afford that yet want a different experience.

Vacation property rentals business

The prospect of giving my home to someone isn't that much appealing, as it is a home not a house bought as an investment, for those who purchase houses as an investment have no issue in renting it out or converting them into temporary rental or a bed and breakfast area. We believe to some extent within the city areas this will be in demand. Most people come to cities to find jobs or work but their families could be in townships. If there is a need for it in the towns then all the best because in business one can’t limit the possibilities.

Giving that there is a supposed economic crises I think that those who can't pay their mortgage can rent out their apartments or houses, so they list their property for rent and they can arrange to place their important valuables under security. This opens avenues for creating temporary small warehousing in form of "a row of garages for storage” either made of bricks or containers within locations where residential areas are.

How about renovating buildings or homes into self-contained rooms, with toilet- shower and a mini kitchen etc at the back of a house, that way you don't share your house, which gives you your own privacy and tenants will also have their own private space. You wouldn't need to go lease a property somewhere, plus you will also be getting rent. as i said this isn’t for owners that bought a house to a home.

The fact that crime is high in Africa at large, security companies need to come up with short term solutions to enable this service work. Also what can be done is that the owner doesn't have to leave but offer a room and service the client with additional care such as food and parties. Security is still needed even if you are at home. Temp Guards. This is called a Bed and Breakfast type service with an additional perk for making a party or dinner Brii/BBQ.

The prospect of building a room just for rent may be expensive. Bricks, cement, manpower that also cost time, is it feasible? The idea could be feasible if there is a company that makes houses of a shape or size that one can easily install for warm and cold periods. By the way the Asians have what they call bamboo houses that shouldn't cost much to erect. Look at easily dismountable houses Such as Wendi.  Its a wooden house that's prebuilt before placed at a designated area, one can have that on temp basis. This would be a great solution to look at tackling.

There are many unused properties in and around that can be transformed.  What hotels and self service business already exist as an example? Within and outside, on the highway?

By the way wouldn't it be somewhat cost effective to have a bus converted into a living space? There is a park in Kensington where those who even in the city go to for weekends. Caravan parks, for students loges during camping. After all we at some time used to live in caves, i wouldn't mind a place in a mountain or hill.

The trailer homes can be placed in the yards of established residences with adequate space or in open fields. there is a policy on residential areas being overcrowded "rules for what and how much can be allocated to each property" due to the use of utilities such as energy and water use.

There are building policies that exist for a reason as that affects infrastructures that have been placed for all, like light and water. Power shedding is required as the distribution of energy needs to be in balance as some places are underloaded. This knowledge is available to me because my Grandma  was an electric engineer and in moments when shedding was taking place she would explain why “there are consequences."

Solar can be used to power the units and that doesn't attract any additional light bill even if it may be much to setup but on the long run one doesn't have outstanding bills. I wouldn't mind putting one of such and use it for adventure trips when I don't have tenants. Are there portable solar solutions per m2? A business in renting out for adventurers such trailers would be great. To make additional money these Mountable or trailer homes could have a  businesses directory in form of cards "paper or digital" one can find nearby or even far away should the need arise.

Consider the climate as an influence to the types needed. There is a need to think about the ecosystem when producing these houses as we have already been warned with the global warming issues. This also allows the option for creating children houses in the backyard as well as playgrounds either of plastic or steel or wood. There is something in Russia called Dacha "an outdoor garden home with a heat bath i.e. steam room" I miss it especially now that it is cold and could help greatly with my fibromyalgia that is worsened by cold."

Aaaaaaaa what are our real-estate, tourism, architects and landscapers dooming?
